At BoxyTude, most of our products are handmade and personalised to order. Because of this, please read our policy carefully before purchasing.

Personalised & Made-to-Order Items

As the majority of our products are custom-made, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival.

Personalised items are exempt from the standard 14-day return policy under UK regulations.

Please ensure all spelling, dates and custom details are correct before placing your order.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

• Clear photos of the item

• Photos of the packaging

We will review the issue and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Non-Personalised Items

For non-custom products, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
